Student success is not determined by a single factor. When we see differences in achievement among schools within the same district and students in the same school, we must ask deeper questions:
Why are some students thriving while others are struggling?

 

The answer lies in understanding the “why” behind student outcomes.
As a school board member, I will focus on addressing opportunity gaps, learning interruptions, and the root causes of student outcomes to make strategic investments that lead to long-term success for students and stronger communities.
